MY LEADERSHIP CREDO

Mein Leadership Credo reflektiert wer ich bin, was mir wichtig ist und wofür ich stehe. Es ist das Ergebnis meiner bisherigen Reise und die Summe meiner Erfahrungen als Mensch, als Mutter und als Führungskraft. Es dient mir als Nordstern im Umgang mit den Menschen um mich herum, sei es meine Familie, Freunde, Geschäftspartner oder Kollegen.

I CARE FOR PEOPLE

I TRULY SEE PEOPLE

because I am really interested, because everybody deserves it and because I experienced a hundred times that it is worth it.

I TRUST PEOPLE

because it creates openness and security, because everybody deserves it and because there is hardly a more powerful feeling then being trusted.

I EMPOWER PEOPLE

because for me it is the natural consequence of trust and the basic precondition for everybody to make things happen.

I STAY OPEN

because I am curious and want to learn more, because everybody deserves it and because I do not want to get stuck.

I GIVE PURPOSE

because it is the only true reason for me and people around me to give there best, whatever it is.

I CREATE PASSION

and a sense of belonging, because I love that striking feeling, of „Yes, we can get there together“.

I SHOW WHO I AM

because there simply is no other way for me. Whenever I tried something else, it ended up in a mess, for me and others.
